Chia Pudding with Blueberries and Toasted Coconut
3 cans Organic Coconut Milk (regular not light)
1/2 cup Raw Organic Unpasteurized Honey (or just organic honey)
1 tablespoon Organic Vanilla Extract
1/4 teaspoon Organic Almond Extract
1/2 teaspoon Vietnamese Cinnamon
Pinch of Sea Salt
3/4 cup Organic Chia Seeds
Whisk the first 5 ingredients together in bowl- taste batter and adjust flavors to your liking. Then, add chia seeds. Whisk until fully distributed. Put in covered container and chill for at least 4 hours. Mix again, serve with berries and toasted coconut chips (or with whatever you like)
