A “quick” full-body workout with Brigade member, Brandt Quick

Our friend and Know.Better.Brigade member Brandt Quick of BQuick Fitness and Nutrition helped us put together a quick but effective full-body workout that you can do anywhere, with no equipment. Check out the video on our Facebook page for guidance. We recommend doing this four-move routine 5 times through for a five-minute workout to get you moving in the morning, or pair it with a longer cardio workout. Don’t forget to hydrate with evamor naturally alkaline artesian water.
Do each move for :15 with little rest in between moves. Challenge yourself to see how many reps you can do during those :15 and try to beat your number each round!
